Pursuant to January 12, 2026 RDA meeting, the Our Southern Indiana RDA approved the reallocation of up to $5.177 million in READI 2.0 project funding. Below are the links to the approved process/timeline, application, scorecard, and the spreadsheet of all READI 2.0 projects that submitted applications (74 total projects).
The project spreadsheet is color-coded. Those projects highlighted in red are not eligible to apply for reallocation of funds. This is due to the projects being fully funded and/or obligated by the IEDC.
Projects in yellow are the original READI 2.0 projects that received partial funding of their requests. These projects are eligible to apply for reallocation of funds. Please keep in mind that projects that have received funding and are applying for reallocation funds must show an increase in the scope of work, IEDC KPI attainment and additional economic impact review.
Projects in blue are those READI 2.0 projects that scored in the top 30 of all submitted projects and were originally forwarded to the IEDC for their analysis. These projects are eligible to apply for reallocation of funds. These projects will also need to show IEDC KPI attainment and undergo additional economic impact review by IEDC.
Projects in gray are eligible to submit a reallocation application. These projects will also need to show IEDC KPI attainment and undergo additional economic impact review by IEDC.
The fillable application form is linked below. Please make sure to save the application to your desktop prior to completing and email the completed application to llong@riverhills.cc. The approved timeline for submission is linked below as well as the scorecard that will be used to score each submission.
Please direct questions regarding the reallocation application process to myself at llong@riverhills.cc or Andrea Frazier at afrazier@riverhills.cc.
You will also find links to the Our Southern Indiana Arts & Culture plan and the project lead guide. While we do not yet have an application for the LEI Arts & Culture funds, we know that any funded projects will have to be directly tied to the linked plan.
